Keith specialises in motor vehicle, fire factual and general investigations including covert operations and Corporate Care.

Keith is a leading Factual Investigator in the industry and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the Corporate Risks Investigation team. He works closely with our Specialist Fire Investigators and Specialist Electrical Engineer in order to obtain the circumstances surrounding a fire. He liaises with our clients, Loss Adjusters, FENZ and Police - and provides crucial information in order to assist with promptly processing claims.

He has a proven track record of providing intuitive and comprehensive investigations for the Insurance industry.  His role within Corporate Risks is diverse and is a testimony to his high work ethic, versatility and integrity. His quiet and unassuming approach has enabled him to develop excellent working relationships with other agencies, making him a truly outstanding Factual Investigator. 

His knowledge of social media and related internet based sales media has enabled him to successfully investigate complex insurance frauds that relate to overseas travel, jewellery, motor vehicle and fire claims. In order to maintain his knowledge base, Keith regularly takes part in formal training programs and seminars, both in New Zealand and overseas. Since joining Corporate Risks in 2001, Keith has been involved in specialist surveillance and undercover operations, and complex frauds particularly in respect of medical disability insurance claims. His innovative approach and his ability to remain focused has proven to be a major asset in this field.

He is also qualified as an Accredited Safety Auditor. He has used this knowledge when completing security audit reviews - not only improving physical security systems but also enhancing personal safety aspects of the organisation.
